NDIS Art Competition
At the end of last year a number of Ararat College students participated in an Art Competition organised by the NDIS to recognise the International Day of People With Disability.
Congratulations to the following students who were awarded prizes :
First place - Clare Clarke, Sruthi Kalluri, Tamika Moyle and Zaf Davies-Harrison, whose work “showed strong visual imagery giving a clear message that people with a disability are no different”.
Equal Second place - Hunter Will for “eye catching use of colour and the message that abilities count” and Amile Lillis-Pattison for her snazzy slogan “where there’s a wheel there’s a way”.
Third place - Chloe Brasser (absent from photo) for her emphasis on “the choices we each have the power to make towards disability”.
Thank you to all of the students who participated in the competition, and to Mrs Lugg for getting them all organised.
